These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Meshwar driver application ("the App"). By creating an account and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Your account
You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time verification code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure and for all activity carried out through your account.
2. Verification (KYC)
Before you can go online and accept trips, you must complete verification by submitting the documents required in your country — which may include your driving licence, national ID, and vehicle documents. You confirm that all documents and information you provide are accurate and belong to you. We may suspend access if documents are missing, expired, or cannot be verified.
3. Subscription plan
Driving with Meshwar is based on a subscription plan rather than per-trip commission. Subject to your active plan you keep the fares you collect. Each plan may include a number of trips and may apply an additional charge for trips beyond that allowance ("overage"). Plan details, prices, and limits are shown in the App before you subscribe and may change over time. A subscription lasts for one month from the date of purchase.
You may pay for your subscription by card or mobile wallet through our third-party payment provider, or as otherwise offered in the App. Where available, promotional wallet credit may be applied as a discount at checkout (see "Wallet credit" below).
3a. Wallet credit (referral rewards and trip discounts)
Your account may hold wallet credit from two sources: (a) referral rewards — if you refer another driver and they subscribe, you and that driver may each receive promotional credit shown in the App; and (b) trip discounts — when a rider's referral reward or promo code reduces a fare, the rider pays you the discounted amount and we reimburse the difference to you as wallet credit, so you are made whole for the discount.
All wallet credit is closed-loop credit: it can be used only toward subscription plans or amounts you owe us (such as carried-over commission or fees). It is not cash — it has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded. Unused credit may expire after a period shown in the App, and we may change or end these programmes at any time.
4. Going online and accepting trips
You select the type of vehicle you operate (for example Economy, Comfort, or Motorbike) in your profile, and you may receive offers that match that type — including ride and, where supported, package-delivery requests. When you go online you may receive offers from nearby riders. You decide whether to accept an offer. Once accepted, you agree to drive to the pickup, complete the trip or delivery safely, and collect the fare shown.
For delivery requests you are responsible for handling items with care and may decline or return anything that appears unsafe, prohibited, or unlawful. You must not transport items in breach of applicable law.
If you can no longer take a trip you accepted, you may release it before pickup — choose a reason in the App and the request is offered to other drivers. Once a trip has started it cannot be cancelled in the App. Every cancellation and release is recorded with its reason; frequent cancellations are reviewed and may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal from the service. Riders may report a cancellation, and you can likewise report a rider from the trip's details.
5. Payment and earnings
Riders generally pay in cash at the end of the trip. Your earnings and completed-trip summaries are shown in the App. You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings.
6. Safety and rest
For your safety and that of riders, the App may limit continuous online time and require rest breaks. You agree to drive only when fit to do so and to comply with all traffic and licensing laws.
7. Conduct and ratings
You agree to treat riders with respect, drive professionally, and keep your vehicle in safe, clean condition. Riders rate trips, and we may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or put others at risk.
8. Location
While you are online, the App uses your location continuously to match you with nearby riders and guide you through trips. Location sharing is required to receive trips; you can go offline at any time.
9. Account recovery
If you lose access to your registered phone number, you can recover your account by verifying your identity with your national ID. We review recovery requests to protect against fraud.
10. Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be interrupted or changed. You operate as an independent driver and are responsible for your vehicle and compliance with local law. To the extent permitted by law, Meshwar is not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
11. Account deletion
You can delete your driver account at any time from Account > Delete account. To protect you, deletion requires a verification code sent to your phone plus a typed confirmation.
Deletion removes your driver data — your documents, vehicles, and profile details — and ends your sessions. If your number is also registered on the rider app, only your driver account is removed. Some records, such as completed-trip, subscription, and payment history, may be retained in anonymized form where required by law or to resolve disputes.
You cannot delete your driver account while a trip is in progress, while you have an active subscription plan (end it first), or while you have an unsettled balance — pay any outstanding amount, and collect any reward owed to you, before deleting.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
